The network includes opticians, ophthalmologists, optometrists, laser surgery centers, independent optical centers and national chain locations such as Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, JC Penney Optical, EyeMasters and many more.

All frames, lenses and specialty items such as tints, scratch resistant coatings, and ultraviolet protection are available. There is no limit on eyewear selection or the number of times you and your family may use this service.

PRESCRIPTION GLASSES

Once you provide a valid doctor’s prescription for contact lenses, you can save up to 60% by using the toll-free mail-order service to order your replacements. Just ask the operator for a price quote on the brand name and the type of lens of your choice. Most major brands of soft lenses are available, including torics and bi-focals. Gas permeable materials are also available. You may place as many orders as you wish prior to the expiration date of your prescription. Mail orders are usually shipped within 48 hours by overnight delivery and can be paid for by Credit Card, Money Order or check.

The network contracts with ophthalmologists, (who are M.D.’s,) in selected markets across the United States to provide you with discounts on eye-exams and surgical procedures. You can save up to 30% on medical eye exams and surgical procedures (including refractive laser surgery) through the network at participating laser surgery centers and independent ophthalmologist locations nationwide.
